It's important for all website visitors to know that we answer every email request sent to us through the Contact Us page and also all phone calls to the nursery (308-425-3057, cell 308-470-1231). We have not spent hundreds of hours creating this website to only ignore your interest in viburnums, whether it be requesting help in plant selection or information on availability and ordering. The reason for clarifying this is that it has been brought to my attention that several of my responses to prospective customer's inquiries are not being received. I don't know if they are being filtered out by anti-virus protection, going to junk mail or just not being received.
It causes me great concern for anyone to think that their inquiry is not important to us or that they are just being ignored because we're too busy. Our success is built on sending quality plant material and customer service. I can assure you that I will answer every inquiry that is received. Depending upon the number of requests received, I may not reply to everyone on the day that your request is sent but you will receive a response within 2 to 3 days. If you do not hear from me within this time period, I need you to contact me again stating that you have not received a response but I also ask that you include your phone number. If my emails are not getting through to you, there is a chance that they will not go through on a second or third attempt but with your phone number included I can call you to answer any of your questions.
Another situation that I have experienced is that on the Contact Us page, you are asked to include your email address. I have had a few instances when there is a typographical error in the email address that they have provided which makes it impossible for me to respond. The net result is that a potential customer thinks that I did not make any attempt to respond. When I receive a message saying that an email address is not valid, if you include your phone number when contacting us, I can at least respond with a phone call.
Also, every email that I send has a request for a return receipt stating that you have received my email. Very few people click on this but it is definitely helpful if you do because it lets me know that my messages are getting through.
