Viburnum plicatum f. tomentosum

Viburnum plicatum f. tomentosum 'Molly Schroeder'

An outstanding pink flowering selection growing 8' tall and 5' wide with horizontal branching.  Inflorescence consists of an outer ring of sterile pink flowers with creamy-white veination with a darker cream throat.  Inner fertile flower buds are green, opening pink, then turning white.  Unlike V. plic. f. tom. 'Pink Beauty', it is consistantly pink from year to year.  It is also an excellent rebloomer, providing an exceptional summer floral display.  Zone 5
