Viburnum corylifolium

Viburnum corylifolium

A similarity between this species and that of V. dilatatum with the exceptions being the leaf is more rounded to the point of being nearly circular.  Shoots are densely covered with long rusty-brown pubescence.  White flowers in June are very small followed by 1/3" long, egg-shaped, bright red fruit which is persistant.
