Viburnum trilobum

Viburnum trilobum 'Spring Green Compact'

An outstanding compact form which can be easily maintained at 4' in height.  Introduced by McKay Nursery of Wisconsin.  Excellent flowering and fruiting with a very refined habit.  While we have observed little to no fruiting on any of the other compact trilobum selections, 'Spring Green Compact' exhibits prolific red fruit which persists through the winter.  Fall color is a good orange-red.  Zone 3
